Junior Pilates Instructor

Qualifications

• Minimum 250 hours of Pilates teacher training, including Mat and Reformer education.
• Willingness to enroll in and successfully complete Chair and Springboard modules (minimum) through a recognized Pilates Teacher Training program within 6 months of hire.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification, with willingness to maintain certifications as required.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, movement principles, and safety practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead group Reformer classes while providing appropriate modifications and progressions for individual participants.
• Experience teaching apparatus-based group classes with 6 or more participants.
• Ability to maintain a minimum availability of 6 hours (2 shifts) per week.
• Passion for Pilates, professional growth, and continued learning, with willingness to participate in ongoing education, trainings, and workshops.
• Positive, collaborative team-player mentality.
• Warm, professional demeanor with a strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confident and effective public speaking abilities.
• Punctual, dependable, and professional.
• Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and proactively communicate recommendations or concerns to management.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to consistently exercise sound judgment.
• Ability to work effectively and respectfully with clients, management, and fellow instructors.
• Professional, neat, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining client confidentiality and privacy.
• Proficiency with ClubReady or willingness and ability to learn the software for basic scheduling and administrative functions.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
