Junior Piping Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs plant piping and piping support design in Waste to energy plant as per standard using 3D modelling.
• Responsible for creation of quality piping and support fabrication drawings. (Spools, Isometric and fabrication drawings).
• Provide after design drawings such as quality Piping and Piping support layout drawings.
• Ensure design and checking of provided above information.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS in Mechanical Engineering or other related engineering course. PRC Licensed Engineer.

• With at least 2 to 3 years in experience for piping design.

• Knowledgeable and at least have work experience of the following:

  • Pipe routing design
  • Piping isometric.
  • Piping layout/plan drawing
  • Support selection
  • Support fabrication drawing.
  • Material take-off.

• Familiar with design codes such as ASME, ANSI, API, JIS, is a plus.

• With experience on 3D Modeling software such as AP3D or AVEVA E3D is a plus.

• Skilled in 2D AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

• Must be hardworking with excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

• Willing to study hard and learn Japanese Language to have better communication with Japanese Staff.
