Junior Planner

• Support the planning team in facilitating collaborative discussions with cross-functional teams to align supply and demand for JBTEC products/Finished goods.
• Assists in determining the material requirements for each product/finished good based on the approved bill of Materials.
• Helps to check and validate material availability from existing data/inventory sources (ERP System, warehouse manual-inventory records and physical inventory)
• Prepares and processes Purchase requisitions for the procurement team for materials that are lacking or not available, under supervision.
• Monitors inventory levels and production progress to support the attainment of production and material plans.
• Support in customer inquiries and reported issues, providing regular progress updates.
• Assists in tracking and reporting on key planning metrics, such as Days Inventory of RM and FG, and Service Level - order fill rate (OFR)
• Performs other duties which may be assigned by a superior from time to time in relation to these listed duties and responsibilities, with an emphasis on learning and development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php17,000.00 per month
