Junior Planning Engineer

Starting PHP 30,000 plus allowance.

Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site Planning Engineer role based in Davao.
• The Planning Engineer will develop and maintain project schedule, ensuring alignment timelines, and resource availability.
• Daily activities include tracking progress, analyzing data to identify risks or delays, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
• The role involves collaborating closely with engineering, operations, and management to support project control, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
• The Planning Engineer is expected to document planning assumptions and update planning tools and schedule as needed

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Planning and Production Planning skills to create, manage, and optimize project and operational schedules.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support accurate forecasting and decision-making.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders, present updates, and collaborate across teams.
• Candidates should possess Project Control capabilities to monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure adherence to timelines and scope.
• Relevant experience in project planning, operations, or engineering within a construction is a must
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency with planning and scheduling tools (e.g., project management software, spreadsheets) and basic understanding of software development processes is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Davao, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
• At least 5 years of experience in similar function

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
