About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Technical Operations Support (Junior) to join the Technical Operations team.

You will support the day-to-day operations of smart-metering, billing and sustainability platforms. You will work closely with experienced engineers, starting with well-documented and routine operational tasks before gradually taking on more responsibilities independently.

This is a good opportunity for fresh graduates or junior candidates looking to build hands-on experience in technical operations, data processing, system administration and platform support.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow established SOPs and runbooks to perform daily operational tasks.
• Support billing and finance operations, including invoice uploads, payment processing and data reconciliation.
• Process and validate meter and time-series data, including adjustments and missing-data updates.
• Perform data checks using Excel, dashboards and internal systems.
• Manage service requests and tickets through platforms such as Jira and ServiceNow.
• Assist with meter, facility and account configuration.
• Generate, upload and verify operational reports.
• Support basic user administration, including account creation, password/MFA resets and access updates.
• Execute pre-approved scripts and scheduled jobs under supervision.
• Maintain proper documentation, screenshots and evidence for completed tasks.
• Follow maker-checker and validation controls for higher-risk activities.
• Identify unusual or complex issues and escalate them to senior engineers when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or willingness to learn.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel for data checking and reconciliation.
• Basic understanding of APIs / tools such as Postman is an advantage.
• Some exposure to scripting or programming is preferred.
• Comfortable learning new systems, dashboards and technical tools.
