Junior PPIC

Fresh Factory is looking for a Junior PPIC to support our planning and inventory activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in PPIC, Supply Chain, and Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily planning and inventory activities.
• Monitor stock availability and inventory levels.
• Prepare and update PPIC, inventory, and operational reports.
• Monitor inventory movement and identify discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Operations, and related teams.
• Assist in analyzing planning and inventory data.
• Support process improvement initiatives related to planning and inventory control.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date planning and inventory data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Internship experience in PPIC, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, or Operations is a plus.
• Basic understanding of production planning and inventory control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work fully on-site in South Jakarta.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
