JUNIOR PRESALES ENGINEER

We are looking for a Junior Presales Engineer to support the Presales and Sales teams in preparing technical solutions, proposals, quotations, product selections, and related documentation for customer requirements. The role is intended for an engineering graduate interested in developing a career in ELV, ICT, networking, security systems, and technology solution design.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist the Presales team in understanding customer requirements, specifications, drawings, BOQs, and tender documents.

· Support the preparation of technical proposals, compliance statements, BOQs, quotations, and solution documentation.

· Assist in selecting appropriate products and solutions based on project and customer requirements.

· Coordinate with OEMs, suppliers, distributors, and internal teams to obtain technical information, pricing, datasheets, and product availability.

· Support preparation of system architecture, basic solution designs, technical submittals, and presentations.

· Review tender/RFQ requirements and help identify technical and commercial information required for bid preparation.

· Maintain updated product information, datasheets, price lists, vendor quotations, and technical documentation.

· Assist with estimation and costing activities under the guidance of senior Presales/Sales team members.

· Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations teams during proposal preparation and project handover.

· Maintain proper records and trackers for enquiries, quotations, proposals, and pending technical requirements.

· Participate in product training and continuously develop knowledge of relevant ELV, ICT, networking, and security technologies.

· Provide technical clarification and basic product/solution support to the Sales team as required.

· Perform other presales and technical coordination activities assigned by the reporting manager.

Educational Qualification

· Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering or Computer Science – Mandatory.

· Fresh graduates or candidates with initial experience in Presales, ELV, ICT, networking, electronics, or related technical fields may be considered.

Technical Knowledge – Preferred

· Basic knowledge of CCTV and video surveillance systems.

· Basic knowledge of access control systems and structured cabling.

· Understanding of networking, IP fundamentals, Wi-Fi, and basic network infrastructure.

· Exposure to ELV systems, servers/storage fundamentals, and basic cybersecurity concepts.

· Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar drawing tools is an advantage.

· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

· Development of product and solution knowledge.

· Effective support to the Sales and Presales teams.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,250.00 per month
