Client Support Specialist (Problem Solver)

Xestro is an Australian healthcare software company based in Maroochydore. Our platform runs the day-to-day operations of specialist medical practices across the country. When something isn't working, a clinic's whole day is affected. That's the problem you'd be solving.

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working out why something is broken, and who treats people well while doing it.

What you'll be doing

• Learning how the Xestro platform fits together
• Answering calls and emails from medical practices and working out what's actually going wrong
• Working through problems logically and documenting what you find
• Guiding new clinics through the system for the first time
• Improving our processes, help documentation and training materials

Example problems: an automated reminder didn't send; a clinic can't get the system to do what their workflow needs; a new practice manager needs to be brought up to speed.

Who this suits

You'll do well here if you like figuring things out rather than being told what to do, stay calm when others are stressed, ask good questions, and follow things through. Strong written and verbal communication matters. So does basic numeracy and comfort learning new systems quickly.

You don't need healthcare or software experience. Experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare admin, or any role where you solved problems for real people counts.

It's a steep learning curve for the first few months and you'll feel out of your depth at times. That's expected, and you'll be supported through it.
