Junior Process Associate - Tamil

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Tamil with professionalism and courtesy.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries, concerns, and service requests.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, offers, and order-related inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Follow up with customers for feedback, issue resolution, and promotional activities as required.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Accurately record customer interactions in the system and ensure timely updates.
• Meet individual and team performance targets, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil.
• Basic communication skills in English.
• Good listening, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to empathize with customers and resolve concerns patiently.
• Confidence in handling both inbound and outbound voice calls.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Ability to work rotational shifts and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
