Junior Process Engineer

Your Job Molex is seeking a Process Engineer responsible for developing, stabilising, and optimising testing processes supporting advanced fibre optic manufacturing.

Our Team You will join a team responsible for developing and maintaining testing processes for products used in modern networking infrastructure and hyperscale data centres.

What You Will Do

• Maintain stability of critical testing equipment parameters.
• Improve First Pass Yield performance.
• Reduce contamination, scratch, and geometry-related defects.
• Minimise station downtime and retesting.
• Eliminate root causes of scrap and rework.
• Diagnose measurement systems.
• Support calibration activities.
• Improve throughput through test process optimisation.
• Analyse process and quality data.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of product testing methods and process validation.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge of SPC, MSA and Cp/Cpk.
• Ability to work with technical documentation.
• Knowledge of 5 Why, Ishikawa and 8D methodologies.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong Polish language skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.

• Electronics, Automation & Robotics, Mechatronics, Telecommunications, Technical Physics, Manufacturing Engineering, Technical Informatics, or Optics/Photonics.
• Experience with measurement systems and product testing.
