Junior Process Engineer (Optical Fiber Assembly)

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for new product introduction (NPI), trial production, process validation, and mass production transfer of passive optical products.
• Monitor product yield, quality performance, and production efficiency, and drive continuous improvement activities.
• Analyze production issues and customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain product-related documents, including SOP, WI, BOM, process flow, and engineering change records.
• Coordinate with R&D, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and customers to ensure smooth product lifecycle management.
• Support product cost reduction, process optimization, and productivity improvement projects.
• Participate in engineering change management (ECN/ECO) and product qualification activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Optical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome. Candidates with experience in optical communication, fiber optics, electronics, semiconductor, precision manufacturing, or related industries are preferred.
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings, manufacturing processes, and quality control concepts.
