Junior Procurement Executive

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Junior Procurement Executive to support our Central Kitchen operations by managing the sourcing and purchasing of food and non-food items. The candidate will work closely with suppliers, production, and QA teams to ensure stable supply, cost efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, negotiate, and purchase food and non-food items for the Central Kitchen.
• Maintain and build strong relationships with suppliers while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with Production and QA to ensure product quality meets specifications.
• Monitor and ensure consistent product supply and availability.
• Participate in vendor performance evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze inventory levels, manage excess stock, and handle obsolescence.
• Generate and manage purchase orders; maintain procurement records in line with company policies.
• Conduct cost analysis and benchmark procurement practices for improvement.
• Identify training needs and highlight gaps in operations, service, and processes.
• Stay informed on market trends and industry best practices.
• Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Procurement, or relevant field.
• At least 1 years of procurement experience, preferably in the F&B industry.
• A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous, process-oriented, and possesses high integrity.
• Creative problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Committed to quality, food safety, and customer service excellence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
