About the role

Manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, quotation comparison, negotiation, purchase order processing, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Oversee inventory control and stock management, including stock replenishment, inventory planning, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring accuracy of inbound and outbound stock movements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, quotation comparison, negotiation, purchase order processing, and ensuring timely delivery of goods
• Maintain effective supplier relationships, working closely with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, product quality, commercial terms, and timely order fulfilment
• Oversee inventory control and stock management, including stock replenishment, inventory planning, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring accuracy of inbound and outbound stock movements
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the system, including purchase transactions, stock receipts, transfers, adjustments, and regular reconciliation between physical stock and system records
• Collaborate with operations, production, finance, logistics, and sales teams for seamless execution

About you

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory management, or supply chain operations
• Proven experience managing end-to-end purchasing processes and supplier coordination
• Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Good planning skills and able to multitask
• Result-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to meet deadlines and be meticulous
