What they need

The Company

Manors Golf is a London-based golf brand built on the belief that the game should be explored, not optimised. We make clothing and equipment for golfers who care more about where the game takes them than their handicap, and we’ve built a community around that idea that spans tournaments, travel, collaboration, and culture.

We’re growing fast. Since launching in 2021 we’ve become one of the most recognisable independent golf brands in the world, and 2027 is the year we scale properly. This role is central to that.

The Role

We’re looking for a Junior Product Developer to help build out the Manors range, raising the bar on product quality, consistency, and speed to market. You’ll work closely with our suppliers to take products from design to production.

This is a role with real ownership from the start. As we enter into a new category, you'll prioritise the development of our Summer 2028 collection while supporting the wider Product Team across further seasons.

The Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end product development process across specific seasons and categories, ensuring alignment with our product briefs, quality standards, target margins, and seasonal timelines.
  • Lead the development of our Summer 2028 collection.
  • Work closely with design to translate ideas into commercially viable products, supporting on Tech Packs, BOMs, and Workbooks.
  • Assist in managing the development critical path, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to make sure every key milestone is hit.
  • Create, maintain, and update all seasonal overviews on MIRO.
  • Collaborate with the Production and Sourcing Coordinator to ensure a smooth handover into bulk production.
  • Support the preparation and tracking of samples from P1 to PPS.
  • Support and fit sessions and make sure feedback is actioned on time across all stages of prototyping
  • Book fit models, and handle the shipping and posting of samples.
  • Support with product wear testing, making sure every product is appropriately tested on course and relevant feedback is actioned.
  • Support the development, testing, and sourcing of fabric and trims.
  • Support the research, development, and approval of all lab dips and strike offs.
  • Assist with costings and margin tracking across the development process, working with suppliers to achieve target cost.
  • Maintain and update WIPs, tech packs, size specs, grading, and product data to keep everything accurate across all systems.
  • Keep the PLM, the development Google Drive, and our physical folders organised.

Requirements & Skills

  • 1–3years in a product apparel development or garment tech role, ideally within sportswear.
  • Available to work in our London office at least 2 days per week.
  • Working knowledge of the development process from tech pack to PPS, including fit sessions, lab dips, and strike-offs
  • Confident building and updating tech packs, BOMs, size specs, and grading.
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Excel.
  • Highly organised, with a sharp eye for detail and experience balancing multiple styles, samples, and deadlines.
  • Experience with a PLM system and Google Workspace or Excel

Benefits

  • Competitive salary
  • Staff clothing allowance
  • Access to Manors events, tournaments, and travel
  • Flexible working, we’re London based but not rigid about it
  • A small, ambitious team with a genuine culture

What To Expect?

The first few months will be about getting up to speed quickly, understanding our range, our suppliers, and how our critical path runs. You’ll be embedded with the Product Team from day one, sitting in on fittings and supplier calls, and taking the lead on Summer 2028 as the season moves into stage 1 of development.

Further Details

This is a full-time position based in London. We work in a hybrid model, some days together in person, some remote. We’ll discuss the specifics at the interview.
