The role

As Junior Product Manager - Digital Platform, you will join the LIVIA product team and work closely with three other team members. You will be the day-to-day link between the business, our residents and the external development team. Helping to turn ideas and feedback into concrete improvement to the platform. You will work closely with colleagues across Asset Management, Customer Experience and Finance ensuring LIVIA continues to deliver value for both residents and the business.

This is a unique opportunity for someone early in their career to get hands-on product experience on a live, mission-critical platform. There is real ownership to take from day one and growing possibilities alongside a scaling international business.

Main responsibilities:

• Support the Product team in shaping and maintain the LIVIA roadmap and backlog, translating business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Use resident feedback, platform usage data and operational KPIs to monitor performance and inform product decisions
• Act as the day-to-day point of contact between business teams and the external development team: gather requirements, test new releases and support go-lives
• Support the roll-out of LIVIA in new markets by mapping local processes and requirements and helping onboard country teams
• Structure and document key business processes and platform functionality
• Stay on top of the latest tech, AI and automation trends and propose new ideas, tools or features

The profile

We are seeking a curious, pro-active and highly motivated young professional with a strong analytical mindset and a hands-on approach. You are critical, but always think in solutions.

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
• Clear and structured communicator, both in writing and in conversation
• Quick learner who is comfortable working with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Structured, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with the ability to work independently and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
• Strong communication skills

Required qualifications, experience and skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a relevant field
• 1-3 years of relevant experience (e.g. product, consulting, operations or digital transformation); relevant internships count
• Experience with Salesforce or Boomi is a plus
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
• Amsterdam-based, with willingness to travel occasionally
