Junior Product Manager (Hand Tools) EMEA - HU - Györ, Platánfa Job Summary The Junior Product Manager Hand Tools EMEA supports the management and development of the regional hand tool portfolio across EMEA. The role covers the full product lifecycle, from development and market launch to ongoing portfolio management.

Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment within a global organization, the position contributes to building a new hand tool brand in EMEA, supporting innovation initiatives, market analysis, and customer-driven product development.

The role works closely with Marketing and Sales and reports to the Senior Product Manager EMEA Hand Tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support the product lifecycle of the hand tool portfolio, from development and launch to ongoing portfolio maintenance and scheduling
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities and share relevant insights across the organization
• Initiate and support Voice of Customer activities to validate product ideas and innovation potential
• Contribute to innovation projects, ensuring structured and timely execution
• Collaborate with Marketing on product documentation, positioning, and launch materials
• Support Sales with customer projects, portfolio strategies, and data-driven insights
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date product master data
• Support trade fairs and customer events

Critical Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, (Industrial) Engineering, or a comparable field
• First experience in Product or Project Management (e.g. internship or entry-level role)
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Analytical mindset with a structured and hands-on working style
• Interest in technical products, ideally hand tools
• Experience with SAP and PIM systems is an advantage
• Willingness to travel (up to 20%)
• Fluent in Hungarian and English; additional languages are a plus
