Junior (PRODUCTION)

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily production activities and ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate with production operators, supervisors, and other departments.
• Maintain daily production reports and update production records.
• Monitor production targets and achieve daily output requirements.
• Ensure product quality and follow safety procedures.
• Track material availability and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Monitor machine operations and report any breakdowns or issues.
• Maintain 5S, housekeeping, and workplace safety standards.
• Support manpower allocation and shift activities.
• Report daily production status to the Production Supervisor or Manager.

Required Skills:

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel and Word).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of production processes.
• Ability to maintain reports and records.
• Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
