- Monitor CNC machine capacity and loading on an ongoing basis.
- Identify capacity shortages, machine bottlenecks, and potential delivery risks in advance.
- Coordinate with Production and Management on overtime, additional shifts, subcontracting, or alternative machines when required.
- Provide realistic production completion dates based on actual capacity and production conditions.
- Support Management in capacity planning for new projects, additional orders, and future machine requirements.
