Junior Project Analyst

JEMMCo Consulting, LLC is seeking a Junior Project Analyst to join our dynamic team in St. Inigoes, MD. JEMMCo Consulting, LLC provides reliable Program Management, Financial Management, and Data Analytics support backed by years of experience in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist Government Project Lead to generate project charter with the sponsor.
• Preparation of reports to the Project Sponsor.
• Organizes and assists the Project Lead in determining acquisition strategy for project.
• Develop and maintain project spend plans and forecasts.
• Analyzes requirements, status, and project schedules.
• Provides monthly delivery of Project Performance Report (PPR).
• Receives and processes funding documents.
• Creates and maintains project structures for funding in N-ERP.
• Track and reconcile Funding within N-ERP.
• Prepare project cost estimates.
• Assist in identifying risk.
• Develop project documentation.
• Maintain documentation in SharePoint
• Other duties as assigned or required

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

• Microsoft Excel Skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Minimum 1 year experience supporting Navy Customers.

Security Clearance:

• Must be eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.

Education:

• Candidate must have a High School Diploma.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Location: Saint Inigoes, MD, Webster Field.  On-site 4 days a week for the training period (2-3 months). Once training period is completed successfully telework is permitted 2 days per week. Telework schedule may change based on customer requirements.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
