Junior Project Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of assigned projects in accordance with

company standards.

2. Apply project methodology effectively and ensure proper implementation of project

standards.

3. Coordinate between internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution and

timely delivery.

4. Demonstrate strong time management and communication skills when collaborating with

clients and internal teams.

5. Monitor project timelines, identify potential risks or delays, and proactively follow up to

ensure deadlines are met.

6. Conduct Quality Control (QC) and support QA testing before feature rollout or

deployment.

7. Maintain accurate and well-organized project documentation to ensure proper tracking

and transparency.

8. Perform ad-hoc duties and provide support for urgent matters as required.

Job Requirements

1. At least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or

a related field.

2. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar IT-related role.

3. Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply.

4. Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

6. Excellent communication skills with strong client-facing abilities.

7. Fast learner with a high sense of responsibility and accountability.

8. Familiarity with change management, risk management, and quality assurance

processes.

9.Proficiency in English and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
