Junior Project Coordinator

Full-time | Starting at $26.00 per hour, based on experience
Benefits available after three months of employment NRG Concrete Specialists is seeking a Junior Project Coordinator who is fluent in English and has excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as strong reading comprehension.

What you’ll do

• Collect daily reports, photos, timesheets, and other field information.
• Collect and organize safety records; enter or transfer them into the appropriate systems.
• Help coordinate project schedules, crews, materials, deliveries, equipment, orientations, inspections, and site access.
• Assist with quantity tracking, cost records, and change order documentation.
• Assist with project purchasing and track orders.
• Follow up with team members to collect outstanding project information.

What we’re looking for

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Willingness to learn Cenpoint, our in-house software.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Demonstrated resilience and professionalism in a demanding construction environment, including the ability to adapt to changing priorities, respond constructively to feedback, and remain composed under pressure.
• Previous experience in construction or project administration is required.
• Comfortable working in an office with a dog.
