Junior Project Coordinator (Construction)

• Position: Junior Project Coordinator (Construction)
• Location: Lorong Bakar Batu / Project Sites, as required
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience): S$3,000–S$3,500 Basic Monthly + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave
• Duration: Permanent / Full-Time
• Industry: Building & Construction

Main Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in coordinating and monitoring day-to-day project activities.
• Assist with project schedules, progress tracking and preparation of basic project reports.
• Maintain and update project documents, records and related administrative files.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers and site personnel to support smooth project execution.
• Assist with communication and follow-up on project matters with clients and relevant stakeholders.
• Support site coordination and compliance with basic workplace safety and environmental requirements.
• Follow up on outstanding project matters and highlight issues to the Project Manager when required.
• Perform other project-related and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Building, Civil Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
• No experience is required, training will be provided.
• Relevant internship, site, project coordination or construction-related experience would be advantageous.
• Basic understanding of construction processes or project coordination would be beneficial.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.
