Junior Project Engineer

Civelite is a dynamic commercial civil construction company that has successfully completed a majority of projects in the Geelong region since its establishment in late 2017, we are very proud of our presence in Geelong as well as extremely proud of the team and company that we are recognized for as we strive every day to better our flaws and manage our strengths.

As we move forwards throughout 2026 we are looking for a keen personality to welcome into our team.

The Role

• Coordinating and administering construction engineering activities to ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with plans, designs and specifications.
• Leading a momentous movement towards a strong safety culture.
• Evaluation and reporting of variation and contract scope works.
• Reporting and recording of project costs and liaise with accounts.
• Site works when required to gain a better knowledge of their responsibilities.

The Requirements

• Completed a Civil Engineering degree.
• Have a strong base of organizational skills that are fluently implemented into your day to day.
• Display and recognize proficient computer hardware and software use and implementing into weekly/monthly programming.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with a dynamic team, oversee the construction process from start to finish, complete ITP's and ensure that every detail meets our high standards of quality and safety.
