Junior Project Engineer Coordinator

About the Role
Our client is looking for a Junior Project Leader (Engineer) to support project documentation, coordination, and communication between local government authorities and internal foreign staff. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented engineering graduate who enjoys structured, coordination-heavy work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project documentation
• Follow up on documents and related activities
• Organize meetings, prepare meeting materials, and track follow-up actions
• Provide administrative and coordination support
• Communicate and coordinate with local customers, primarily government authorities, as well as internal foreign staff
• Act as a liaison between local customers and foreign staff, providing translation support to ensure clear and accurate communication and mutual understanding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Power Engineering / Telecommunication Engineering / Electronic Engineering)

• Fresh graduates are welcome; experience preparing and managing project documentation (approval requests, official correspondence, meeting minutes, action lists, progress reports) is an advantage

• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong document management and organizational skills, given the role's focus on documentation and coordination with government authorities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Experience working on government projects is an advantage

• Good to fluent English (written and spoken)

• Valid driving license with own transportation

Working Conditions

• Monday to Friday (5 days/week)
• On-site / in-office
