Junior Project Engineer/ Fresh Project Engineer (Based in JB)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and executing engineering projects to ensure completion within schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.

• Coordinate and monitor project activities, schedules, and progress to ensure milestones are achieved.

• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications

• Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.

• Liaise with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.

• Prepare progress reports and update management regularly.

• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.

• Ensure all engineering and technical issues are resolved promptly.

• Identify project risks and propose corrective actions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in any related Engineering field.

• At least 1 years’ working experience in project management, preferably in Oil and Gas Industries. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Organized, meticulous and self-disciplined.

• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills and confidence in dealing with clients at international level.

• Able to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.

• Good command of written and spoken English. Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred, as this role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
