Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling and monitoring project activities.

• Maintain project documents, progress reports and cost records.

• Coordinate with design, procurement and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Liaise with clients, contractors and other stakeholders on project matters.

• Support the implementation of workplace health, safety and environmental requirements on-site.

• Coordinate construction activities, manpower, equipment, and project schedules.

• Monitor project progress and notify supervisors and subcontractors of schedule changes.

• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and documentation, and provide regular progress reports to the Project Director.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.

• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and tender documents.

• Candidate at least 1- 3 years relevant experience are welcome to apply.
