Junior Project Engineer/Graduate Engineer – Fresh Graduates Welcome!

Synergism Concept Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Engineer to join our growing automation team in Puchong.

If you have a foundational background in engineering and a passion for automation systems, controls, and programming, we want to hear from you! This role is designed to transition an ambitious graduate into a highly skilled professional, with structured mentorship provided from day one. You will learn to execute building automation projects from conception to completion, ensuring systems are configured, programmed, and operating efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in Project Execution: Support senior engineers in the design, installation, and commissioning of building automation projects.
• Troubleshooting: Participate in identifying, testing, and resolving system issues on-site and in the lab.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work alongside clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project milestones.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed, accurate project documentation and technical reports.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest building automation technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Education: Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor’s Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Controls, Mechatronics) or a related technical field.
• Exposure: Prior exposure to building management systems (BMS), SCADA, PLCs, or protocols like BACnet/Modbus during internships or final year projects is an advantage but not mandatory (On-the-job training will be fully provided).
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Attitude: Eager to learn, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as a collaborative team player.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
