Junior Project Executive (Electrical) - Protege

The Junior Project Executive will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects from start to finish. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success, including occasional on-site supervision and progress monitoring.

Essential Job Functions

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities.
• Coordinate with team members, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project flow.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules.
• Track project progress and update status to stakeholders regularly.
• Support the Project Manager in risk assessment and problem resolution.
• Attend project meetings and record minutes of meeting (MOM).
• Perform administrative tasks related to project management.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, verify work completion, andcoordinate with on-site teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulatory requirements at the project site.
• Liaise with contractors and vendors to resolve site issues and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Assist in quality control checks and ensure deliverables meet standards.
• Provide feedback from site observations to improve workflow or highlight risks to the project team.
• Shall undertake any other responsibilities and assignment as instructed by the superiors in this organisation.

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
