The Role

You will provide administrative and project support, ensuring documentation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination are managed efficiently and in line with government processes.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Answering Phones
• Project management for land titling
• Liaising with clients for relevant documentation via email, phone or in person
• Liaising with relevant internal and external personnel
• Lodgements to relevant authorities such as Council and Land Titles office
• Tracking progress of jobs
• Dealing with Legal professionals
• Generation of invoices/payment of invoices

About You

• No experience required as all training will be provided
• Good customer service/phone manner
• Positive can-do attitude and team player
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe (PDF)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Having a valid driver's license will be advantage
• Australian citizen or Permanent Resident ONLY
