Junior Project Manager [84142]

We’re partnering with our client, a live entertainment advertising agency, to find a Junior Project Manager. This temp role is HYBRID in New York City, supporting creative project management. This role is ideal for individuals with a 2-5 years of experience eager to grow in a dynamic, creative environment. The position runs for 5-9 weeks, with potential to convert to full-time (no guarantee).

Junior Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily management of creative projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain project momentum.
• Coordinate schedules, milestones, and priorities across multiple projects.
• Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams about project progress.
• Track action items, prepare briefs, and ensure timely approvals.

Junior Project Manager Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, management, or similar roles.
• Proven ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced advertising agency setting.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools and managing creative or marketing projects is a plus.
