They deal with many repeat clients and stakeholders in the Perth market due to their collaborative and personable approach to delivering projects. 

This firm are an amazing business with a great team culture. They are in high demand and have an impressive pipeline. This role will suit a Contract Administrator or Junior Project Manager who is looking for ongoing development.

Key Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in construction management or similar.
• Demonstrated experience in project management on commercial building projects.
• Ideally main contractor side experience but also considering consultancy or subcontractor background.
• Excellent time management.
• Contract administration or site based experience is highly desirable.
• An excellent communicator with the ability to problem solve and develop strong relationships.
