Profile description:

As part of the development of industrial projects in the metalworking sector , we are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support the planning, coordination and execution of projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs and quality requirements.

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Technical or engineering background in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field ;
• Initial experience in project management, industrial projects or metalworking ;
• Knowledge of project planning, budgeting and cost control;
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams;
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills;
• Proactive attitude, autonomy and willingness to learn.

The main responsibilities are:

• Support the planning, coordination and monitoring of industrial projects;
• Monitor project schedules, costs, resources and deliverables;
• Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement and site teams;
• Follow up on project progress and identify potential deviations;
• Support communication with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders;
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, deadlines and quality standards.

Regime: On Site – Sines
