You will work with experienced colleagues, coordinate project activities and keep tasks on track, with training and support available to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination and delivery of projects.
• Track project timelines, milestones, budgets and deliverables.
• Organise meetings, prepare agendas and maintain project documentation.
• Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to monitor progress.
• Identify potential delays and help resolve project issues.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain project plans.
• Ensure project tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.

Requirements

• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• An interest in project management and a willingness to learn.
• Previous project coordination or administrative experience is desirable but not essential.
