What they need
The role
We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic and hands-on Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of projects across P.Louise. Working with the Project Manager and wider teams, you will help coordinate schedules, suppliers, documentation and site activity to keep projects moving from idea to completion.
Key responsibilities
Support the planning and coordination of retail, café, workplace and customer experience projects across the business.
Maintain project plans, task trackers, timelines and action logs, keeping information accurate and up to date.
Arrange project meetings, capture notes and actions, and follow up with owners to ensure deadlines are met.
Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and contractors to confirm requirements, deliveries and site arrangements.
Help gather quotes, purchase information and cost updates, flagging changes or discrepancies to the Project Manager.
Track project milestones, risks, dependencies and outstanding decisions, escalating issues at an early stage.
Coordinate practical details for installations, refits, launches and handovers with store and operations teams.
Support site visits, progress checks, snagging lists and the completion of outstanding actions.
Organise project files, drawings, approvals and handover documents so teams can easily access current versions.
Provide regular, clear progress updates and help identify ways to improve how projects are delivered.
About you
Experience in project administration, coordination, operations or a similarly fast-paced role is desirable.
Confident organisation skills and the ability to juggle several tasks and changing priorities.
Excellent attention to detail, with a proactive approach to chasing actions and solving problems.
Clear communication skills and confidence working with different departments and external suppliers.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets and task trackers; willingness to learn new systems.
A positive, adaptable approach, with flexibility to attend project sites when required.
What success looks like
Project trackers, documents and action logs stay accurate and are shared on time.
Suppliers and internal teams have the information they need, with risks raised early.
Project milestones, installations and handovers are supported smoothly and efficiently.
