🚀 WE’RE HIRING: Operations Manager / Junior Project Head

Edit Craft Studio (ECS) is looking for a confident, proactive, and responsible individual to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who can manage day-to-day project operations, coordinate with our editing team, track deliverables, and ensure that work is completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project operations and ground-level execution.

• Assign projects and tasks to editors and ensure clear communication of requirements.

• Follow up with editors on task progress, deadlines, and deliverables.

• Monitor workflow and ensure projects are completed on time.

• Provide regular progress updates and reports to the Senior Project Head.

• Coordinate with the team to resolve workflow issues and keep projects moving smoothly.

• Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure accountability across the team.

Requirements

• Strong communication and team coordination skills.

• A confident personality with a proactive, can-do attitude.

• Ability to follow up, manage people, and get work done efficiently.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects.

• A responsible individual who takes initiative instead of waiting for instructions.

• Previous experience in operations, project coordination, or team management is a plus.

📍 Location: Nazimabad / Shadman Town area, Karachi

🕒 Shift: Night Shift

⏳ Working Hours: 8 hours per day

💰 Salary: Attractive starting salary package, based on skills and experience

🏢 Work Mode: On-site
