Junior Project Manager

Marina & Holiday Park Solutions Ltd (MHPS) are a growing specialist contractor delivering infrastructure projects across marinas, holiday parks, waterfront developments, commercial sites, and industrial facilities throughout the UK.

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Junior Project Manager to join our team in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop their technical skills, gain responsibility, and progress towards becoming a fully-fledged Project Manager.

You'll work alongside experienced Project Managers and Directors, helping deliver exciting projects from concept through to completion.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting with the planning, coordination, and delivery of electrical and M&E projects.
• Producing and updating CAD drawings and technical documentation.
• Liaising with clients, engineers, suppliers, and installation teams.
• Supporting project costing, procurement, scheduling, and reporting.
• Attending site surveys, client meetings, and project review meetings.
• Monitoring project progress and helping ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Assisting with health & safety documentation, RAMS, and handover packs.
• Helping solve project challenges and contributing to a successful project delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Electrical, engineering, or building services background.
• CAD experience (AutoCAD or similar).
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
• A practical, problem-solving mindset.
• Motivated to learn and develop a career in project management.
• Full UK Driving Licence
