Junior Project Manager - Event Activations

We're looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team to help deliver projects for our clients.

This is a hands on role where you'll work alongside our Project Managers across project coordination, suppliers, clients, production, logistics and onsite installation.

You'll work on a varied range of projects, gain experience across the full project lifecycle and have a genuine opportunity to develop as your skills and experience grow.

What you'll do

• Support the planning and delivery of projects and activations.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers and contractors.
• Assist with quotes, scheduling and project administration.
• Get hands on onsite with pack-in, pack-out and event builds.
• Use power tools and assist with deliveries and collections.
• Support warehouse picking, packing and logistics.
• Help solve problems and keep projects running smoothly.

What we're looking for

Someone who is organised, proactive, practical, is keen to learn and has amazing communication skills.

Ideally, you'll have experience in events, production, project coordination or a similar environment. You'll be comfortable working with people, managing multiple priorities and getting hands-on when required.

Afull driver's licence and confidence using basic power tools is essential.

Our standard hours are 7:30am–4:00pm, Monday–Friday. When we’re delivering events, the hours change— early starts, late finishes, overtime and weekend work are part of the gig. If you’re looking for a quiet 9–5, this probably isn’t it.
