Junior Project Manager / PM Support Coordinator

About the role

This is an entry point into architectural and interior design project management. You'll work alongside senior PMs and designers, learning how projects move from design intent through to construction documentation — while owning the reporting, tracking and quality control that keeps every project on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain organized records of drawings, submittals and design correspondence
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly progress and coordination reports
• Support the implementation of design and documentation standards
• Contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement across project workflows
• Track project progress against schedules
• Prepare status reports and presentations for senior management
• Document changes or deviations as they arise
• Participate in design coordination meetings alongside architects, interior designers and contractors

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering or a related field
• 0–2 years' experience in project coordination, documentation or design support (fresh graduates welcome)
• Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational habits
• Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable communicating with an Australia-based design team
• Working knowledge of MS Project, PlanRadar or similar (or a fast learner willing to pick them up)
• A genuine interest in architecture and interior design project delivery
