Our client is a world leader in luxury travel amenities and brand partnerships, creating bespoke product experiences for prestigious airlines and global fashion houses. They are seeking an ambitious Junior Project Officer / Project Assistant (Fresh Graduates Welcome) to join their global headquarters in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination & Operations

Acting as a key link between global brand partners, internal design teams, and supply chain vendors, you will:

• End-to-End Project Tracking: Assist in the full project lifecycle, from initial product concept, sampling, and vendor sourcing to mass production and final shipment delivery.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication: Maintain professional communication with international corporate clients, gathering product specs and providing regular project status updates.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Procurement, Design, and Logistics teams to ensure new product development and sample approval milestones are met on schedule.
• Operational & Cost Analysis: Support project managers with cost simulations, supplier quotations, price comparisons, and compliance tracking.
• System & Data Management: Maintain accurate records in ERP systems and maintain project documentation to guarantee on-time delivery and high product quality.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, International Business, Merchandising, or a related discipline. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience: Prior internship experience in Project Coordination, Sourcing, Procurement, or Merchandising is a plus, but not essential.
• Language Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, PowerPoint), with good practical skills in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables are a plus).
• Key Traits: Proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and a genuine interest in luxury retail and global trade.
