If you're looking for a workplace where you'll be trained properly, supported daily and given the opportunity to grow, this role is worth a closer look.
Why You'll Love It
- Step into your own small, localised portfolio
- Supportive Team Leader who will be your go-to person
- Admin support and outsourced functions to help keep your workload manageable
- Excellent systems, processes and structure
- Regular team training covering legislation, compliance and industry updates

The Client
This is an agency that has built a strong reputation for looking after its people.
The office has a genuine buzz, with a team that enjoys coming to work and a Director who is heavily invested in creating a positive culture. Staff retention is well above average, and the business continues to stay ahead of its competitors through its systems, marketing, training and innovative approach to Property Management.
You'll be joining a team where people genuinely help each other out, share ideas and work collaboratively.
The Role You'll be given the opportunity to take ownership of your own small portfolio north of the river, rather than spending your days driving all over Perth.
Working closely with an experienced Team Leader, you'll have someone to turn to whenever you need support, while also benefiting from dedicated admin assistance and outsourced duties.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing your own residential portfolio end-to-end
- Building strong relationships with owners and tenants
- Routine inspections and property condition reports
- Leasing and maintenance coordination
- Arrears and compliance management
- Processing and responding to day-to-day property management matters
- Maintaining excellent communication and customer service
- Working collaboratively with the wider Property Management team
You'll ideally have:
- Current WA Property Management Registration – ESSENTIAL
- Minimum 12 months' Assistant Property Management experience
- A genuine desire to progress into managing your own portfolio
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A positive, proactive and team-focused personality
- Valid driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle
- The ability to work independently while knowing when to ask for support
