Junior pub manager

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Pub Manager to join our client Pub. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop leadership skills within a vibrant hospitality environment. As a Junior Pub Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support the team in delivering a memorable experience for all patrons.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the daily operations of the pub, ensuring smooth service and efficient workflow
• Supervise staff members, including bartenders, servers, and kitchen personnel, fostering a positive team environment
• Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high-quality standards
• Support bartending duties, including mixing drinks and serving beverages responsibly
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold food production standards
• Manage customer interactions, address concerns promptly, and enhance overall guest satisfaction
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to optimize service delivery during busy periods

Requirements

• Previous supervising or team management experience in hospitality or restaurant settings
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols
• Experience in bartending, serving, or barista roles is highly desirable
• Familiarity with restaurant or hotel operations and culinary practices
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude towards customer service
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: £25,420.00-£32,000.00 per year
