The Production Planning Engineer is responsible for preparing and executing efficient production plans, ensuring optimal resource utilization and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate should have a mechanical background, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to coordinate across departments to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities :
Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer orders and internal capacity.
Analyze ERP system data to identify gaps, delays, or resource inefficiencies.
Coordinate with design, purchase, stores, production, and quality teams for smooth production flow.
Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and take corrective actions.
Maintain accurate production records, reports, and KPIs.
Ensure timely availability of materials by collaborating with procurement and inventory teams.
Drive process improvements using data and planning tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Strong analytical skills; experience with production data analysis.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes: machining, fabrication, and assembly.
Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
Effective communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.

Salary Range : 22000 30000 per month
Qualification : BE EEE/MECH
