What they need
- Vendor Sourcing: Research potential suppliers, request quotations, and compare pricing or contract terms.
* Order Processing: Create and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and enter order details into internal databases or ERP software.
* Order Tracking: Monitor delivery schedules, track pending shipments, and follow up with suppliers to prevent delays.
* Inventory Monitoring: Check stock levels and help trigger re-orders based on business requirements.
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and accounts departments to verify invoices and ensure smooth goods receipt.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP or purchasing software (like SAP).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
