Job Summary

Responsible for handling day-to-day purchase activities, vendor coordination, quotation management, and timely procurement of required materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day purchase and procurement activities.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, prices, and availability.
• Compare quotations and negotiate prices where required.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
• Follow up with vendors for timely delivery.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Accounts for purchase requirements.
• Maintain purchase records, quotations, POs, and invoices.
• Monitor vendor quality, pricing, and delivery performance.
• Ensure purchases are made as per company requirements and policies.

Educational Qualification

13 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement

Experience Required

• Good communication skills
• Vendor coordination
• Basic negotiation skills
• MS Excel and computer knowledge
• Good record-keeping and follow-up skills

Salary Range

18,000 – 21,000 per month
