Junior Purchasing Coordinator

Tasks and Duties:

• Support the purchasing team in sourcing packaging materials, spare parts, tools, and other operational requirements.
• Request and compare supplier quotations to assist in obtaining the best value in terms of quality, cost, and delivery.
• Assist in creating and following up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and internal departments regarding order status and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and update supplier information in the ERP system.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes before submitting them to the Finance Department.
• Ensure purchasing documents and records are complete, organized, and up to date.
• Follow up with suppliers on outstanding orders and required documentation.
• Support day-to-day procurement activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in preparing purchasing reports and maintaining vendor databases.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in procurement or purchasing, with proven experience in foreign purchasing/import procurement and spare parts sourcing.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Previous internships is a MUST.
