Junior Purchasing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor daily production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
• Supervise and train production personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, HALAL, ISO 22000, and FSSC 22000 standards.
• Coordinate with QA and Maintenance teams to resolve quality issues and minimize downtime.
• Monitor material control, storage, and segregation to ensure accuracy.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Assist the Production Manager in manpower management, training, and product handling.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
