Junior Purchasing Officer

Responsibilities: 1-Research potential vendors 2-Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers 3-Enter purchase order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, and prices) into internal databases 4-Create new item cards and maintain accurate item information in the system 5-Maintain up-to-date records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements: 1- 0 1 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or a related field. 2-Bachelor s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 3-Basic knowledge of purchasing and procurement processes. 4-Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office. 5-Good communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
