Junior Purchasing Officer

Identify supply needs (finished products). Forecast quantities to purchase based on demand, seasonality, and stock levels. Evaluate quality, lead times, reliability, and prices. Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions. Ensure optimal value for money. Prepare, validate, and send purchase orders. Monitor current orders (lead times, compliance). Track deliveries and receipt of goods. Manage any disputes with suppliers (delays, non-conformity). Collaborate with the warehouse manager and logistics department to prevent stockouts or overstocking. Manage purchasing documents (invoices, delivery notes, contracts). Update supplier databases.

Desired Candidate Profile

University degree (BAC +4). Minimum 2 years of experience.
