Full job description

• Implement and monitor quality control processes across production lines .
• Conduct in-process and final product quality checks—texture, weight, color, packaging, and shelf-life monitoring.
• Maintain daily quality records, including batch reports, temperature logs, and hygiene checklists.
• Supervise cleaning and sanitation protocols across production, storage, and packaging areas.
• Monitor raw material quality and ensure suppliers meet QA specifications.
• Ensure FSSAI and food safety compliance—documentation, labeling, traceability.
• Conduct training sessions for production staff on hygiene, GMP, and CCP (Critical Control Points).
• Coordinate with production, R&D, and dispatch teams to resolve quality issues.
• Participate in internal audits and assist in preparing for external audits (FSSAI, client inspections).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
