Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior QA Engineer with at least 6–12 months of experience in software quality assurance and testing. The candidate will be responsible for testing applications, identifying bugs, verifying functionality, and helping ensure our products meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of web applications and software products.
• Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
• Identify, document, and report bugs with clear steps to reproduce.
• Conduct functional, regression, and usability testing.
• Verify bug fixes and ensure features work as expected.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain test documentation and prepare basic testing reports.
• Participate in product reviews and contribute to improving software quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 6–12 months of experience in software QA or testing.
• Basic understanding of software testing methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with manual testing and writing test cases.
• Familiarity with bug-tracking tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
• Understanding of functional, regression, and usability testing.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of API testing, SQL, automation testing, or tools such as Postman is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
